Every Saturday morning, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., children between the ages of 2 and 12 are welcomed into an inspiring and joyful environment where Chinese comes to life. Far beyond a traditional classroom, our weekend program invites young learners to discover the Chinese language through stories, songs, images, movement, and creative activities.
Our approach is carefully tailored to each age group, to respect the natural pace of every childās development. Children are not only introduced to Chinese words and sounds ā they experience the culture as a living, breathing part of their weekly routine. With small group sizes, experienced teachers, and themed lessons that celebrate Chinese holidays, traditions, and everyday life, every Saturday becomes a stepping stone toward confidence, communication, and curiosity.

Our Chinese Weekends 4 Kids program is built on the idea that children learn best through doing ā with their hands, their senses, and their hearts. We use only the most trusted educational materials, to create a concrete and meaningful learning journey. Children get to explore Chinese culture by preparing pretend food, watering aromatic herbs, listening to folk tales, singing together, and even reenacting daily life in China.
For example, younger students may engage in sensory exploration and language play, while older learners move on to reading and simple writing using analogical strips and visual prompts. Every activity is designed to be engaging, age-appropriate, and memorable. Even students with no prior knowledge of Chinese are guided step by step in a structured, friendly environment where fun and learning go hand in hand.

The 2025/2026 edition of Chinese Weekends 4 Kids starts on Saturday, 6 September 2025, and runs forĀ 34 weeks, totalingĀ 102 hours of instruction. Classes take place at our dedicated kidsā learning space atĀ Cruise CentreĀ (Harbourfront) ā a convenient, central, and family-friendly location. TheĀ early bird rate of SGD 1,700Ā is available untilĀ 1 August 2025, after which the standard course fee ofĀ SGD 1,900Ā applies. Each child receives age-appropriate learning materials, and siblings enjoy a 10% discount (standard rate only).
